Xiaomi Poco F1 was launched last year. It is the flagship phone from Xiaomi. Now recently, it received the MIUI 10.3.5.0 stable update that has apparently caused touchscreen issues on the handset.
(1/2) Now that 10.3.5.0 stable has been released for POCO F1 and some improvements have been reflected in the build, we are looking to analyze devices that are facing 1) screen freezing 2) ghost touch 3) touch lags. We will need to collect some devices to further test.

In order to resolve the issue, Xiaomi is asking the users to send the phones back to Xiaomi. If you own a Poco F1 and facing a touchscreen issue then you can send the phone back to Xiaomi for testing. You need to mention details including such as user ID, contact info, description of the issue, Feedback ID, videos/screenshots, documenting the issue and send it to [email protected]
Please do remember a thing that the company will not replace the phone, rather it will be fixed the screen issue.
Xiaomi Poco F1 sports a 6.18-inch Full HD+ display on the front with an 18.7:9 aspect ratio. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 5. The back of the phone is made out of hard-coated polycarbonate that’s is soft to touch and provides a better grip.
Powering POCO F1 is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 octa-core SoC coupled with an Adreno 630 GPU, which the company claims to be 30% faster than Samsung’s Exynos 9810 processor. It comes with 6GB and 8GB of RAM, depending on the variant you choose. Storage options include 64GB and 256GB of internal storage with expandability up to 512GB via a MicroSD card.
