Google and YouTube launches new resource page for online learning

Google and YouTube launched a new resource service that allows teachers to educate their students remotely, who are in isolation and quarantine. In most parts of the world, schools and universities are closed to reduce the spread of novel Coronavirus.

The resource page can be accessed from the URL https://teachfromhome.google/intl/en/. It features videos that recommend how teachers can teach online with the help of Google products. It has tutorials on How you can set up your home for video calling, How o start a video call with your class.

Teach from Home is currently only available in English, but Google says more languages are coming soon.

YouTube’s resource page can be accessed by clicking the URL https://learnathome.withyoutube.com/. The Learnfromhome resource page recommends YouTube pages of various creators such as Khan Academy that students can watch at home. The Youtube channels categories into three categories.

*Channels for families with kids 13 & older
*Channels for families with kids 5 & up
*Channels for families with preschoolers

[email protected] is available now in English, and will soon be available in Italian, French, Korean, Spanish, Japanese.
