Gmail users can now add multiple signatures depending on the situation. It means Gmail users can use different signatures for personal and professional emails. Currently, Gmail allows only one signature for all types of mails.
As of now, the feature is available only to GSuite users. They can enable the feature by heading to Gmail Settings (gear icon) > Settings > General. Then they can add multiple signatures through the “Create New” button.
Users can use different default signatures while replying or composing new mails.
The feature will be available to all Gmail users within 15 days. Currently, Google is rolling out the feature for the web only.
