Apple announced new iPad Pro with two variants–11-inch and 12.9-inch. In terms of design, both are identical to the existing iPad but comes with little upgrades.
The new iPad Pro runs on the A12Z Bionic chip. It also features a LiDAR scanner for depth sensing and AR capabilities. The new iPad with the iPadOS 13.4 now supports the trackpad feature. Apple says, “rather than copying the experience from macOS, trackpad support has been completely reimagined for iPad. As users move their finger across the trackpad, the pointer elegantly transforms to highlight user interface elements.”
The iPad Pro (2020) features a dual-camera setup with a LED flash. The primary sensor is of 12MP paired with a 10MP Ultra-Wide-angle sensor. The camera is designed to capture stunning photos and videos.
Apple also unveiled a new iPad Magic Keyboard that comes with a built-in trackpad. Earlier, Apple supports third-party mice with the iPad OS but new features will give trackpad and curser functionality to the users. It has backlit and supports USB-C passthrough charging.
The company says that the new iPad Pro with gigabit LTE can run for 10-hours in a single charge.
