Rumors are that Apple is working on the next generations iPhone SE 2 and would be launch by next year (2020). The phone will be the successor of iPhone SE launched in 2016.
According to some sources, Apple is in contacts with several manufacturers to provide iPhone SE 2 parts including its surrounding metal band, and a rear camera that sits flush with the body.
If Apple will release the new model, then it will have the internals of the iPhone 8, then it could come with an A11 Bionic processor, 3GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.
Apple iPhone SE specifications
iPhone SE 2 sports a 4-inch HD display with a resolution of 640×1136 pixels. The iPhone SE runs on an A9 dual-core chip. This is the same chip used on the iPhone 6S. Benchmarking platforms show this chip’s performance comparable to a modern-day Snapdragon 660 chipset.
The smartphone comes with a 12-megapixel primary camera on the rear while a 1.2-megapixel FaceTime camera is for video calling and selfies. The phone runs on the latest version of iOS 12 and is slated to receive two more major OS upgrades before Apple withdraws support.
