At the Surface event, Microsoft announced a new dual-screen Surface Duo phone. The phone will run on Android. The product looks similar to Surface Neo but with a smaller display.
Each screen sports a 5.6-inch display size that can rotate to 360 degrees. You can use it as a fully opened mini-tablet or as a single screen. Users will be able to run two different apps on each screens. The Surface Duo can also be turned into landscape mode, allowing the second display to be used as a keyboard or game controller.
Wired reported that Surface Duo runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 chipsets. The phone is expected to hit the market during the 2020 holiday season.
