Samsung has announced two high-end tablets Galaxy Tab S7 and Tab S7+. The tablets are an improved version of Galaxy Tab S6 launched last year.
Both are 5G enabled tablets and packs some powerful features. The S7 tablet features an 11-inch TFT display and S7+ comes with a 12.4-inch Super AMOLED display. Other features include a 120Hz display refresh rate, a 16:10 aspect ratio, HDR10+ support. Both are driven by the Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865+ processor paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
The batteries are rated at 8,000mAh on the Tab S7+ and a massive 10,090mAh on the bigger tablet. You also get 45W fast charging on these. If you care for cameras on a tablet, both come with 13-megapixel and 5-megapixel dual cameras at the back and at the front, you get an 8-megapixel camera.
The tablet supports an upgraded S-pen which you can use to take notes during meetings or conference calls. You can also use S-pen to draw, write, and type on the tablet.
WIth enhanced Multi-Active Window feature, you can run up to three apps simultaneously. For instance, you can take calls, watch videos on YouTube, and check emails at the same time. The App Air feature allows you to launch three apps simultaneously. The tablets also add an improved Samsung DeX feature.
Both models are available in silver, black, or bronze colors. The Galaxy Tab S7 will be available for $650 (~Rs. 49,000) while Tab S7+ will cost $850 (~Rs. 64,000). Samsung is also offering optional keyboard cases with them. The keyboard case for Tab S7 costs $200 (~Rs. 1,500) while for Tab S7+ costs $230 (~Rs. 1725).
