Samsung already offers few contactless services such as “Remote Support, Live Chat, technical assistance through the call center or access do-it-yourself videos on the Samsung Website and on YouTube.”

Customers have to save the message 1800-5-7267864 in their mobile phones
They need to send a simple message to initiate a conversation
The service is available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. all seven days
The service can offer technical support, locations of Samsung service centers, the status of repair and request of demo and installations
